    There is quite a list of possibilities:

    -Place of residence
    -Former residence or residences
    -The person’s religion
    -Transaction dates/recording
    -Physical description of place
    -Power of attorney
    -Price or special considerations about the purchase
    -Relationships, family and/or business
    -Death or birth dates. In some states you could not purchase land until a certain age.
    -Military titles
    -Social standing indicators, occupation or titles: yeoman farmer, Esq., etc.
    -Previous owners
